I would like to thank Jerry for making my signing up for Contractor school simple and comfortable. I’ve hesitated to follow through one getting my contractors license for many years now, so when I made that big call yesterday, it was comforting to know that someone on the other end of the line Was going to be there for me to guide me and help me get through this experience. I am very happy with the help I received from this office. I completely agree with all the comments. They explain the contracts well and don't pressure you. During the exam process, Valeria is always up to date. When I passed my general exam B, they sent me a list of the final steps.

Jerry was a very helpful person who made so many things easy and simple. I felt confident and comfortable enrolling in such a great school. If you feel like you are not ready to take classes to get your license please visit or at least interact with Jerry. He will give you the motivation to apply for your license. Please do not hesitate in getting your license, applying is the first step in getting you prepared. Thank you Jerry for being professional and helpful.

Feel confident that when you study the material and take the practice test you will pass the state exams. I took my time and completely studied the trade course and was confident I would pass and did. For the law and business, I was in a work project out of town and unable to dedicate the time I needed for the law and business exam and figured I would have to retake the exam. The night before, and morning of the law and business exam I did the practice tests and passed the exam! The material CSLS gives you is all you will need, but do give yourself the time to study. Even before I signed up for CSLS Jerry Woods was helpful. Jerry took his time and explained the whole process to me before I decided on what study program to go with, that's why I chose to go with CSLS. Jerry was there whenever I needed him through the whole process. CSLS is all you will need to pass the exams and get your license. Thanks for everything Jerry and CSLS!!!

I contacted Contractor’s License School to discuss signing up for classes for my General B license. I spoke with Jerry Woods, and explained that I was taking 8 weeks off of work to commit to studying to pass my State Exams. Jerry designed a home study program, a twice a week class program, and also a weekend Exam Prep class. There are (2) State exams that were required: * Construction - Business & Law * Contractor’s - General B I followed his suggestions and was relentless in my studies. ** I passed BOTH State Exams on my 1st try **

Jerry was great to deal with. He was responsive and knowledgeable with the product he is selling. The product itself is great. I purchased a package for the c10 & business law study guides and practice exam. I had study material from another school as well. Had I relied on the other school’s material, I would’ve failed miserably. My passing scores can be attributed to the study material Jerry got me squared away with. Thank you!

I reached out to CSLS to obtain preparation materials for my A General Engineering license exam with the CSLB. Jerry Woods handled my account and was exceptional from start to finish. Just before the end of the day on Friday, Jerry and his IT team set up my access so I could make the most of the weekend — that level of dedication really stood out. Once my account was active, I gained access to nearly 1,000 well-structured practice questions, all specifically tailored for the A-license exam. It’s clear that these materials were developed by highly experienced professionals who truly understand the field. A few days later, I called Jerry to request a short extension of access — he immediately granted me three more days at no charge, no questions asked. Many of the questions and concepts from the CSLS prep appeared on the actual CSLB exam, and thanks to their excellent materials, I passed on my first attempt. After passing, Valerie Tolento followed up with an email to check how I did, and once she learned I passed, she took the time to send me a detailed summary of the next steps to get my license fully activated.
